Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. and is available to you until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you would like to use your room longer, please contact us at reception. An extension until 2 p.m. costs € 40.00 per person, until 6 p.m. € 60.00 per person. Use of the lake spa and jetty area is included after check-out until 2:00 p.m. A day entry (all day) after check-out can be booked for € 25.00 per person!

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. We are happy to pass this on to our kitchen. We ask for your understanding that we do not offer any vegan dishes in the Seehotel Das Traunsee or in the Bootshaus restaurant.
DIVING
There is a dive site directly at our lake hotel Das Traunsee. Feel free to book your diving course at Adventure Diving. There you can also service and rent your equipment and have oxygen bottles filled.
DOGS
Dog owners are very welcome with a well-behaved, four-legged friend with advance notice with a surcharge of EUR 35.00 per day without food, maximum 1 dog per room. (We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted on the bed or couch, in the Bootshaus restaurant, in the wellness area and on the jetty). In the event of increased cleaning effort after departure, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. The dog owner is liable for damage to the facility. Dogs are only allowed in following categories: Minisuite Seensucht, Traunsee Suite and Kuschelzimmer). Surcharge per day including feeding bowl, dog snack and a basket. (without food)

- Already bookable in advance: reserved parking space approx. 70 m from the hotel. You can use it exclusively for your entire stay: € 10.00 / day.
- Public parking without guaranteesof availability:
- Parking in the short-stay parking zone of Traunkirchen € 10.00 / day. These parking spaces are in front of the hotel, in front of the church and at the town square.
- Free parking at a gravel parking space. These parking spaces are located 150 metres from the hotel, at the entrance to the village (coming from Gmunden).
