Are there massage and cosmetic treatments?

Yes! You can find all information and treatments online or directly at the reception. We always try to fulfill your wishes and ask for your understanding if your desired date is no longer possible. For maximum comfort, we recommend reserving your treatment prior to arrival.

Am I allowed to enter the Lake Spa after check out?

If you use the Lake Spa after check out, EUR 25,- will be charged.

In which areas are dogs allowed?

Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel grounds. We ask for your understanding that dogs are only allowed in the hotel restaurant and not in the Bootshaus restaurant or at the breakfast buffet. They are also not allowed in the lake spa and on the jetty.

Am I allowed to book only with breakfast?

 

Of course, you can also book your room with breakfast only. We ask you to indicate this to us with your booking.

Is it possible to book halfboard?

Of course you can book your room with half-board. As part of the gourmet menu, you can enjoy the daily gourmet breakfast and a 4-course evening meal from the excellent kitchen. When the weather is nice, this takes place on our sun terrace.

Do the rooms & suites are equipped with a safe?

Yes, every room is equipped with a safe.

Is it possible to add an extra bed to the room?

Yes this is possible. We kindly ask you to inform us before your stay.

What are the advantages of cancellation insurance?

Please indicate your wish for cancellation insurance within your booking.
This includes:

  • Inability to travel for medical reasons
  • Sudden or life-threatening illness/accident/death
  • Significant property damage as a result of fire or other elementary events
  • Loss of job through no fault of your own
Can I reserve a table directly at the restaurant Bootshaus?

You are welcome to reserve a table directly at the reception. We would like to note, we usually do not have any tables available for the same day. We kindly ask you to reserve your table when booking your room or directly online.

Is there a menu for the restaurant bootshaus?

Instead of a regular menu, our guests can expect a fresh basket of first-class regional products every day, from which our chef Lukas Nagl and his team create unique dishes that will be remembered. This is explained at each table before the start of the menu and is an important part of our philosophy. In this way, the team can adjust individually to the available food every day. We are also happy to receive comments about dislikes or intolerances in advance. At the end of the menu, each guest gets the menu sequence of the day to take home with them.

Are there bikes, kayaks, SUP to rent? Costs?

You have the option of renting bicycles or e-bikes for € 35.00 per day at the reception. You can also use our own kayaks and SUPs for free.

Is the reception staffed the whole day?

The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you urgently need information or help in the meantime, you can also reach us by phone +43 7617 2216. You are able to leave and enter the hotel with your key card during this time.

Which rooms have a lake view?

All of our rooms have their own balcony with a view of the lake.

Are there vegetarian and vegan dishes?

We try to make our dishes as sustainable and regional as possible. Cause of this reason we cannot promise vegan dishes in advance. Please inform us before your stay about your desire for vegetarian dishes.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is currently not necessary.

What payment options are possible?

We are happy to accept your payment by EC card or CASH, but also by credit card - Visa, Master, Amex.

Is it possible to order flowers to my room?

We would be happy to organize flowers for you. We kindly ask you to inform the reception in advance.

Is there a discount for children?

Children's prices in the parents' room with 2 full-paying adults:

  • Up to 0 years free
  • Children 1 to 14 years € 45.00 per night
  • From 15 years onwards € 70.00 per night (reduction for children in the Panorama Suite Traunstein only applies from 4 full-paying adults)
Is it allowed to bring pets?

Dog owners are welcome with a well-behaved dog. There will be EUR 35.00 per day charged without food and maximum 1 dog per room. We ask for your understanding that other pets are not allowed.
