Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your stay with us, the following will apply to our cancellation conditions:

23.12.2025 – 06.01.2026 | 03.06.2026 – 12.09.2026 | 22.12.2026 – 06.01.2027

Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 29 days before the arrival date.
If canceled 28–15 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date or later (even in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.

Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
If canceled 14–4 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellations made 3 days before the day of arrival or later (also in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you want to make use of this insurance, please inform us with your booking.
Price is €6.00 per person and day. (Children under 16 are free of charge — co-insured with parents room)
The cancellation insurance must be transferred to our account 5 days after the receipt of the booking confirmation in order to be valid.
