Cancellation policy
Sometimes, life has other plans. Should you be unable to join us for your time at the lake, the following cancellation conditions apply:
03.06.2026 to 12.09.2026 and 22.12.2026 to 06.01.2027
- Cancellations and changes made up to 29 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made 28 to 15 days before the day of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 14 days before arrival or later, including no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the total amount.
07.01.2026 to 02.06.2026 and 13.09.2026 to 21.12.2026
Exceptions will be listed separately.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 15 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations made 14 to 4 days before the day of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 3 days before arrival or later, including no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the total amount.
Cancellation conditions for 2027
26.05.2027 to 11.09.2027 and 21.12.2027 to 06.01.2028
- Cancellations and changes made up to 29 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made 28 to 15 days before the day of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 14 days before arrival or later, including no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the total amount.
07.01.2027 to 25.05.2027 and 12.09.2027 to 20.12.2027

- Cancellations and changes made up to 15 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations made 14 to 4 days before the day of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 3 days before arrival or later, including no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the total amount.
We recommend our cancellation insurance. Should you wish to make use of it, please let us know when booking.
The cost is €6.00 per person and booked day.
To be valid, the cancellation insurance must be transferred to our bank account within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
Please note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
