Our cuisine is regionally rooted, sustainable and of the finest quality. We prefer to source ingredients from local producers and process them with passion. Start the day with a gourmet breakfast that is fresh, seasonal and served with a view of the lake. In the evening, a creative 4-course dinner awaits you - a composition of fine flavours, handcrafted perfection and the best selection from the region. And when the sun slowly sinks into the lake, you can enjoy your dinner on the terrace - for culinary moments in a unique atmosphere.

From Thursday to Monday, enjoy our 4-course tasting menu including a special opening – created by Lukas Nagl and his team. Choose your seating at 6:00 pm or 8:00 pm.
Tuesday: Meet the Chef – A look behind the scenes
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Meet our kitchen team, take a look behind the scenes and enjoy small tastings in a relaxed atmosphere.
Wednesday: Pure nature – From field to plate
At 7:00 pm, Darina and the team present a 5-course vegetarian menu – seasonal, creative and inspired by the region.
