Booking & Cancellation
- Free cancellation: Depending on the rate booked, free cancellation is possible up to a certain period before arrival. You will find the exact deadline in your booking confirmation.
- Later cancellations & no-show: After the free deadline, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the booking conditions.
- Since May 2025, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will no longer accommodate bookings with children under 16 – families are warmly welcome at our sister property, the Post am See.
- Non-refundable rates: For special offers or non-refundable rates, cancellation or modification after booking is not possible.
- Our recommendation: To be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Rates are exclusive of local tax (€2.40 per person per night).
Dogs welcome: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in the Minisuite SEENSUCHT, the Kuschelzimmer, and the Traunsee Suite (€35 per day, including bowl, small snack, and blanket). No access to the bed, couch, or the hotel’s private bathing area.
