Procedure
The meeting point is at the jetty at Das Traunsee, where you will receive a brief introduction to fishing and the day's programme. You will then travel by boat to the fishing nets on Lake Traunsee and on to the boat hut on the eastern shore. There you will experience crayfish fishing with tasting and the professional filleting of the fresh catch directly on site. Afterwards, you can either enjoy the freshly filleted fish directly or have it prepared for your lunch or dinner. Finally, the boat will take you back to the hotel.
