Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your stay with us, the following will apply our cancellation conditions:

12/23/2024 - 01/07/2025 AND 05/08/2024 - 09/08/2024

Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
In the event of cancellation 13-4 days before arrival, we will charge the room price of the first night.
Cancellations made 3 days before arrival or later (also in the case of no-show) will be billed with the total amount.

01/07/2024 TO 05/07/2024 AND 09/09/2024 - 12/22/2024 (EXCEPTIONS WILL BE STATED EXTRALY)

Cancellations and changes made up to 3 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made afterwards will be offset against the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you want to make use of this insurance, please inform us with your booking.
Price is € 6,00 per person and day. (Children under 16 are free of charge - co-insured with parents room)
The cancellation insurance must be transferred to our account 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation in order to be valid.

Note: The legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancellation policy.
